We started off day three with an activity that forced us to consider perception and how our own personal story and experiences influence our perception. We continue to grow together as a group and and are getting more excited as we move closer to travel day.
For lunch we took a short road trip to Mankato to visit Neighbors Italian Bistro for an American Italian food experience. The food was very nicely done and we even got a visit from the head and sous-chef. There was a lot of great table conversation about what we tasted and how the environment contributed to our experience. This evening we met for a short time to continue to reflect on the day's activities. Ciao!
